Evidence Pack Preview

When your pack lands with the compliance manager at a main contractor, or with a CHAS or SSIP assessor, they work through it document by document: insurance, policies, training records, certifications. What decides the outcome is not what you included. It is what is missing or out of date, and an expired insurance certificate or a missing method statement is far cheaper to find now than after a failed assessment.

The Evidence Pack Preview shows you that same view before you submit. Pick your framework (CHAS Standard, CHAS Premium, SSIP or Constructionline) and mark each required document as in place, missing or expired. The tool lays out a mock pack in the order an assessor reviews it, reflecting the documents each scheme genuinely checks, and returns a completeness score with the gaps highlighted. It is free and needs no account. When the gaps are closed, ComplianceVault stores the evidence and generates the pack you send for assessment.

Frequently asked questions

What does a CHAS assessor look for in an evidence pack?
CHAS assessors review your evidence pack for completeness, checking that all required insurance, policies, training records, and certifications are present, current, and properly documented.
How is the completeness score calculated?
The completeness score is the percentage of required documents marked as 'have' (current and in place). Documents marked as missing or expired reduce your score.
Which accreditation frameworks are supported?
The preview tool supports CHAS Standard, CHAS Premium, SSIP, and Constructionline, the most common UK construction accreditation schemes.
