Subcontractor Compliance Scorecard

If a main contractor’s vetting team went through your compliance file today, what number would they put on it? This scorecard gives you that answer before they do. Pick the trade and the framework being vetted against, mark each required document as verified, unverified, expired or missing, and you get a score from 0 to 100 with a category breakdown, risk flags on the weakest areas and clear recommendations on what to chase.

It works from the other side of the table too: QHSE managers vetting a supply chain can score every subcontractor against the same standard, which makes firms easy to compare and gives you evidence of your own due diligence before anyone sets foot on site. Core checks cover insurance, health and safety policy, risk assessments, method statements and CSCS cards, with trade-specific items such as Gas Safe registration or Part P added automatically. It costs nothing to use and there is no account to create. To track compliance across your whole supply chain in one place, ComplianceVault does it automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How is the compliance score calculated?
The score is based on the status of each required document. Verified documents score full points, unverified score partial points, and expired or missing documents score zero. The total is normalised to a 0-100 scale.
What documents are checked for each trade?
All trades are checked for core documents like insurance, health & safety policy, risk assessments, method statements, and CSCS cards. Trade-specific requirements are added automatically: for example, Gas Safe registration for gas engineers or Part P for electricians.
Can I use this for multiple subcontractors?
Yes. Run the scorecard for each subcontractor individually, or use ComplianceVault to track compliance across your entire supply chain automatically.
